Denim & Diamonds | 2022
ARVAC Inc. had their annual fundraiser back in November to raise money for community assistance. ARVAC, Inc. promotes self-sufficiency and provides pathways out of poverty for individuals, families, and communities. This fundraiser was a huge success and it helped fund ARVAC for the remaining of 2022 and 2023. Funds were raised through ticket sales, a silent auction, and a live auction. Onsite donations were taken through offerings in cowboy hats serving as offering plates as well!
The theme of the event was Denim & Diamonds and The Barn at Twin Oaks Ranch decked out the tables with a navy blue, ivory, and denim theme. Center pieces were consistent of the fall surroundings and consisted of metallic silver, bling vases with eucalyptus ruscus, assorted greens, pops of yellow sunflowers and golden rod, yellow mums, and daisies.
The ARVAC Inc. house band played during the event which is made up of ARVAC employees, success stories, clients and volunteers! The ARVAC kitchen catered the event and served an upscale BBQ-menu consisting of braised brisket, grilled chicken, a chopped salad, vegetables, and skillet potatoes. They did a great job cooking! Attendance was approximately 180 with guests and volunteers. Definitely a very successful night for ARVAC, Inc.
The bar was ran by Brian Rodriguez (Bartending) and the wine and beer was donated by Post Winery and Point Remove Brewing Company.
The night ended with a beautiful storm and lightning show!
